Connector data handling

This notice explains the public Conversa connector for ChatGPT and Claude. It supplements the SME Analytica privacy policy.

What the tools receive

The tools receive only what you choose to paste or describe in your assistant: buyer enquiries, WhatsApp or email conversations, listing facts, viewing times and lead dates. That text often contains details about third parties, such as a buyer's name, budget or questions. Leave out phone numbers, email addresses and anything else the task does not need. If you share screenshots or photos, your assistant reads them and passes only the text to the tools; the tools never receive the images.

How it is processed

Each request is processed in memory with fixed rules to sort, qualify and draft. The public tools do not store the text, do not write it to application logs, do not save leads, do not use it to train any model and do not call other services with it. Nothing is sent to buyers: every reply, confirmation and follow-up is a draft for you to review. Your AI platform handles the conversation itself under its own policy.

The setup request link

If you ask how to automate this work, the setup tool returns a link to a request form on smeanalytica.com. The link carries only the assistant name, the form language and the automations you picked, never conversation text or personal data. The form explains what it collects before you decide to submit it. The connector counts how many setup links it hands out per day and per assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or other); nothing else about the request is kept.

Connected mode for Conversa customers

Agencies that already use Conversa can sign in so their assistant can read their own Conversa data. You approve each connection on the Conversa dashboard, which shows the assistant, where its sign-in returns and the permissions requested. A connection can read, depending on what you approve: your recent leads (name, the last three digits of the phone number, source portal, property reference, stage and times; never email addresses), conversation summaries and the last 20 messages of a lead, your listings, a summary of which enquiries Conversa is handling, and a morning briefing (buyer first names, today's and tomorrow's viewing times and listing references, and the reason a lead is waiting for a person), and which of your listings fail Conversa's checks and why. It cannot send messages, book viewings or change anything.

The data is read from Conversa when the assistant asks and passed to your assistant platform; the connector does not keep a copy. It holds an encrypted access handle for at most one hour, and Conversa stores only hashes of the connection tokens. Conversa keeps an audit record of each request (tool, time, number of records, network prefix, never message text) for 12 months. Disconnect at any time from Connected assistants on the Conversa dashboard or by removing the connector from your assistant; a reused or copied token ends the connection automatically.

Hosting

The connector runs on Railway in Europe. Railway may keep technical request metadata, such as IP addresses and timestamps, under its own operational policy. A per-address rate limit uses the IP address in memory for one minute.

Your choices

You can stop using the connector at any time by removing it from your assistant. For access, deletion or support requests, contact SME Analytica. Updated 15 October 2026.
